Yarn package for the Storm Sweater Junior by PetiteKnit.

Classic textured-pattern sweater, here in the Junior version, so you can knit a matching little junior sweater for your loved ones.

The Storm Sweater is worked from the top down in the round; the beautiful pattern provides variety while knitting. The pattern sections make the sweater knit up in no time, as you focus on one section at a time. Garter-stitch stripes are created between the individual pattern sections.

Size guide

The Storm Sweater Junior should have approximately 20–25 cm of positive ease compared with the chest circumference. Sizes 1–2 (2–3) 3–4 (4–5) 5–6 (6–7) 7–8 (8–9) 9–10 (10–11) 11–12 (12–14) years correspond to a body chest circumference of 53 (54) 56 (57) 59 (62) 64 (68) 72 (75) 78 (82) cm. The finished sweater measurements can be found on the front page of the pattern. (Note: These measurements apply only if the gauge is achieved.) If you or the recipient, for example, has a chest circumference of 59
cm, you should choose size 5–6 years. A size 5–6 years sweater has a chest circumference of 80 cm and would have 21 cm of positive ease in this case. If the measured chest circumference differs from the age recommendation, you should adjust the length according to the person you are knitting for. The same applies if the child is smaller/larger than average.
