We charge €5.90 shipping for orders up to €79.

Orders placed by noon are usually shipped the same day.

Delivery takes 2-4 days – often even the next day.

Free returns within 30 days.

We want you to be satisfied with your order.
Therefore, we accept all items back within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is free within Germany. We will send you a DHL label with a QR code.

You don’t need a printer and can drop off your return at a parcel station, in the store, or with your delivery person.

Send a message to info@gute-garne.de to receive a return label.

Please note that only one return shipment per order is free.
For additional return shipments from Germany for goods from the same order and for returns from countries other than Germany, you will bear the direct return shipping costs.

The sheep roam freely across Norway's natural pastures - resulting in one of the most environmentally and animal-friendly textile fibers in the world.

Norwegian Wool has a beautiful structure that gives your knits great depth.
