Description

Midnatssol is Danish for "midnight sun." That suits this lightweight, luminous yarn perfectly. Baby alpaca, fine merino wool, and Tencel combine to create a featherlight yarn that still provides beautiful warmth. The Tencel content gives it a subtle, delicate sheen and a lovely drape.

Midnatssol is very versatile. Knitted with a single strand, it creates airy, almost transparent shawls, scarves, and lightweight blouses. Worked double or together with another yarn, it gives every knitted piece a soft, fluffy sheen and is a great alternative to mohair.

Midnatssol is specially made for CaMaRose at a family-owned Italian spinning mill. The merino wool is mulesing-free. With over 30 colors, you're sure to find the perfect shade for your next project.
