Therefore, we accept all items back within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is free within Germany. We will send you a DHL label with a QR code.

You don’t need a printer and can drop off your return at a parcel station, in the store, or with your delivery person.

Please note that only one return shipment per order is free.

Your muud bags and accessories deserve careful care. With the Laehter Clean leather cleaner, you can easily clean them.

Micare Leather Clean is perfect for the fantastically soft leather used in all muud bags. Keep your bags in top condition by regularly cleaning them with Micare.

Micare is a water-based care product that cleans and nourishes the surface of your high-quality leather items. Simply dip the included sponge into the cleaning solution and clean the leather with circular motions until the dirt disappears. Be sure to let the sponge dry completely before placing it back in the container. Always test the product first on an inconspicuous area.

With regular use, Micare extends the life of the leather and helps keep it soft and supple.

For perfect care, you can also use Micare Balm as a complementary treatment, which we also have in our range!
