We want you to be satisfied with your order.
Therefore, we accept all items back within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is free within Germany. We will send you a DHL label with a QR code.

You don’t need a printer and can drop off your return at a parcel station, in the store, or with your delivery person.

Send a message to info@gute-garne.de to receive a return label.

Please note that only one return shipment per order is free.
For additional return shipments from Germany for goods from the same order and for returns from countries other than Germany, you will bear the direct return shipping costs.

You knit your Marble Sweater seamlessly from top to bottom with Kos, Alpakka Ull, Peer Gynt, and Ballerina Chunky Mohair from Sandnes Garn in four-ply. This makes it incredibly fluffy, warm, and soft.
