Therefore, we accept all items back within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is free within Germany. We will send you a DHL label with a QR code.

You don’t need a printer and can drop off your return at a parcel station, in the store, or with your delivery person.

Please note that only one return shipment per order is free.
For additional return shipments from Germany for goods from the same order and for returns from countries other than Germany, you will bear the direct return shipping costs.

Description

Lopi Conditioner (Ullarnæring) is a fabric softener specially designed for washing wool.

You can use the fabric softener both for hand washing and in the washing machine on the wool program.

Hand wash:
Dissolve Lopi conditioner in lukewarm water (approx. 30°C).
Recommended dosage:
approx. 12 ml (approx. 1 cap) in 5 liters of water.
Let the garment soak for a few minutes, except for garments made of Plötulopi, which should not be soaked.
Gently squeeze, do not rub or wring.
No rinsing required.
Smooth and lay flat to dry in the desired shape.

Machine wash:
Add Lopi fabric softener to the fabric softener compartment of the washing machine. Use only in the wool program.
Recommended dosage:
approx. 25 ml (approx. 2 caps) for 4-5 kg of laundry
After the program ends, remove the laundry immediately from the machine and lay it flat to dry in the desired shape.
Not all wool garments are machine washable!
