Therefore, we accept all items back within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is free within Germany. We will send you a DHL label with a QR code.

You don’t need a printer and can drop off your return at a parcel station, in the store, or with your delivery person.

Please note that only one return shipment per order is free.

There are many practical details, such as a spacious main compartment and an inner pocket with a zip and slip pockets. There is also an outside pocket with a zipper.

The Lofoten bag has two handles and a removable shoulder strap that is adjustable to 130cm, so you can adjust it according to your wishes and needs.
