Return shipping is free within Germany. We will send you a DHL label with a QR code.

You don’t need a printer and can drop off your return at a parcel station, in the store, or with your delivery person.

Maintain the beauty of your muud bags by treating them regularly with muud cleaning and care products.

muud care and clean is a water-based care product that cleans and cares for the surface of your valuable leather items.

That's how it's done:
Spray muud Clean onto a clean sponge and create lots of foam. Even if neither the sponge nor the foam look dirty, muud Clean cleans deeply and removes dirt and sweat from the leather. Let the product work for a few minutes and then dry it with a clean cloth while it is still damp.

With regular use you will extend the life of your leather and keep it soft.
