Free returns within 30 days.

We want you to be satisfied with your order.
Therefore, we accept all items back within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is free within Germany. We will send you a DHL label with a QR code.

You don’t need a printer and can drop off your return at a parcel station, in the store, or with your delivery person.

Please note that only one return shipment per order is free.
For additional return shipments from Germany for goods from the same order and for returns from countries other than Germany, you will bear the direct return shipping costs.

Yarn package for the Balabeanie by Anne Ventzel with the alternative yarn combination of Cashmere 6/28 and Manada by Pascuali. These two dream yarns go perfectly together. Fine, super soft cashmere is complemented by the soft fluffiness of Manada. 

This is how your Balabeanie becomes incredibly soft and snug. You can wear it very comfortably directly on the skin.

The Balabeanie consists of a hat and a matching hood. Wear both together and enjoy the cozy warmth! This charming combination is super luxurious and cuddly!

The hat is knitted seamlessly in rounds from bottom to top with two strands. The hood is worked seamlessly from top to bottom with two strands.

With the Balabeanie, you are always well protected and prepared for any weather!
