The Amélie Tee is knitted seamlessly from top to bottom in rounds using Sunday by Sandnes yarn. The wonderfully soft merino wool is enchantingly fine and feels incredibly good. At the same time, Sunday is super suitable for everyday use and easy to care for.

The simple striped pattern is motivating and brings variety to the knitting. The color distribution is very balanced, creating a dynamic and interesting pattern. This makes the shirt incredibly summery, cheerful and maritime.

The Amélie Tee Junior should have a positive ease of approx. 9 cm in relation to the chest circumference. Sizes 1-2 (2-3) 3-4 (4-5) 5-6 (6-7) 7-8 (8-9) 9-10 (10-11) 11-12 (12-13) 13-14 years correspond to a chest circumference of approx. 53 (54) 56 (57) 59 (62) 64 (68) 72 (75) 78 (80) 82 cm. The dimensions of the finished shirt can be found on the front page (note that these dimensions only apply if the stitch sample is adhered to). If you/the recipient has a chest circumference of 62 cm, you should choose size 6-7 years. A shirt in size. 6-7 years has a chest circumference of 71 cm and in this case would have a range of movement (positive ease) of 9 cm. If the measured chest circumference differs from the age specified, you should adjust the length to suit the person you are knitting for. The same applies if the child is smaller/larger than average.
